Package details
Package #1
What's included:
- 8 hours of wedding day coverage
- Professional editing on all images
- 500+ edited images via download + flashdrive
- Photography coverage by Johnny Joo + assistant
This package includes one photographer with an assistant. I make use of multiple cameras when photographing your day, so I'm still able to capture multiple different types of images throughout the entire day, and I'm comfortable with capturing a wedding with the help of only an assistant. However, if timing for your wedding day runs close between numerous locations, package #2 may be a much better fit. This package is ideal for weddings that take place all at a single location.

What's included:
- 8 hours of wedding day coverage

- 500+ edited images via download + flashdrive
- Photography coverage by Johnny Joo + second photographer
- $150 print credit
This is very similar to package #1, but includes an additional photographer, and a print credit for anything you would like printed after your wedding. This package is a perfect choice when multiple locations are to be traveled to throughout the day. Having a second photographer is also great during the ceremony, allowing multiple angles for images simultaneously with less movement during the ceremony.

- Engagement session
- 10 hours of wedding day coverage
- Professional editing on all images
- 500+ edited images via download + flashdrive
- Photography coverage by Johnny Joo + second photographer
- $150 print credit
Package #3 includes the addition of two extra hours of wedding day coverage, as well as an engagement session.
Package #4
What's included:
- Bridal session (can be swapped for an equivalent photo shoot)
- Engagement session
- 10 hours of wedding day coverage
- Professional editing on all images
- 500+ edited images via download + flashdrive
- Photography coverage by Johnny Joo + second photographer
- $350 print credit
- 8.5x11 size photo book
Package #4 includes additional print credits, as well as a full color photo book featuring images of your wedding day. Additionally, you will have the choice to do a bridal session, or swap that with a similar photo session, or additional print credit.

Policies:
Cancellation Policy
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking, with the other half due at least two weeks prior to your wedding day. Additional details about cancellations will be provided in the contract you will receive.
License Policy
Photographer/photographers will retain the copyright to their images, and will be allowed to use them for self-promotional purposes. The client will be granted full rights to their images to reproduce for family and friends online or offline. This includes the rights to print images at any place of the client’s choosing.
Extension Policy
If agreed on by both parties, hours during a wedding day can be extended at an hourly rate of $400/hr. This simply means if a 12 hour or 14 hour timeframe is desired instead of 10. This is not referring to last minute adjustments, or the need for more time on the day of.
Payment Policy

Do you shoot destination weddings?
Yes, I would be happy to talk with you about travel possibilities for your wedding date.
Will there be a second photographer?
Package #2 and up all include a second photographer. The only package that does not include a second photographer is package #1, which includes an assistant.
Can I extend the session on the day of?
Yes, you are able to extend the session the day of, but there will be additional extension fees involved. This will all be laid out in the contract you receive. If you predict you will need more than 10 hours, please let me know weeks prior to the wedding, and things can be adjusted to accommodate your required time frame.
Do you have insurance?
Yes I do!
Can you provide my venue with a certificate of insurance?
Yes I can! Just be sure to let me know 2 or more months in advance so my insurance company can process and provide the documents. If you'd like to, you can have your venue reach out to me at johnny@oddworldstudio.com and I can work with them directly on what they may need!
What kind of gear do you use?
I use top of the line Sony and Nikon gear with an assortment of different lenses and a pile of other gear (lights, etc.) to capture your perfect wedding day.
Do I have to order prints through you?
You do not have to order prints through me. You will have the ability to download all high resolution files via your online gallery and will have print rights to everything. But if you should wish, I provide archival pigment prints, rated to last hundreds of years, on some of the finest photo and art papers available.
What's included in your wedding photography packages?
All of my wedding photography packages include delivery of high resolution professionally edited digital files on a flash drive and as a download via online client gallery. Other options are available after the wedding, such as prints, books, thank you cards, gallery wraps, acrylic and metal prints and more.
Will you photograph a wedding on film?
Yes, I would be happy to capture your wedding day on film, though it's not included in my listed packages. There are so many variables that must be discussed to calculate an exact cost. Feel free to reach out, and we can talk about this!
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?
I am entirely comfortable working in all types of lighting conditions. My favorite lighting to use is natural light, but I will use lights that I bring when needed.
Do you have a replacement wedding photographer in case you become unavailable on the day of the event?
Yes. I am connected with many highly experienced photographers when it comes to weddings and events, and I would trust them all to create incredible work capturing your day. However, I would only ever miss a wedding if something catastrophic were to happen.
