Cancellation Policy

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, with the other half due at least two weeks prior to your wedding day. Additional details about cancellations will be provided in the contract you will receive.

License Policy

Photographer/photographers will retain the copyright to their images, and will be allowed to use them for self-promotional purposes. The client will be granted full rights to their images to reproduce for family and friends online or offline. This includes the rights to print images at any place of the client’s choosing. 

Extension Policy

If agreed on by both parties, hours during a wedding day can be extended at an hourly rate of $500/hr. This simply means if a 12 hour or 14 hour timeframe is desired instead of 10. This is not referring to last minute adjustments, or the need for more time on the day of.
